Online Booking Cancellation :-

  • Cancellation Gir Forest Safari must be processed through the same portal which you used for Gir Safari Booking.

Same Day Cancellation :-

  • Cancellation on the same day then no refund will initiate.

Changes In E Permit :-

  • Once a Gir Jungle Trail Safari E Permit booking is confirmed any modifications like safari date changes, Safari Time, Add more visitors are generally subject to availability of permits. In that case you need to cancel permit and need to book new permit but it's subject to availability, it would be charge able as per term & conditions.

  • Any changes in permit need to book Fresh permit.

On The Spot Safari Cancellation Rules :-

  • On the safari day visitors need to carry original photo identity proof. The Forest Department has the right to cancel the safari on the spot and no refund will be initiated.

  • Safari visitors need to report at Sinh Sadan Sasan Gir, 30 mins before the safari ride. If visitors do late report at reporting counter then authorities have full right to cancel the safari and no refund will be initiated.

  • If Visitors unable to show Vaild I.D proof then safari will cancelled by the authorities

Refund Policy for Gir Forest Safari :- 

  • If Cancellations made as per Cancellation period then refund will be initiate.

  • Safari cancellations by the Forest Department Due to bad weather, natural disasters, pandemic or park closure, then refund will be initiate as per Government norms.

Refund Process Time :- 

  • Refunds will be initiate with in 10 to 15 working Days.

  • Refunds will credit to original payment mode (Bank account , UPI, Credit / Debit Card, Digital Wallet like Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm Etc).

  • If some one booked through online portal than you need to coordinated with the booking agent for refund and charges will be applicable (as like net handling charges / processing fee which may be vary 5% to 10% and many more) for this you need to contact your respective booking agent.
