Terms & Conditions Panna Safari Booking System :-

1. The 'e-Permit' is Valid For only 'Panna National Park' only. 

2. It is compulsory to carry the 'e-Permit'  copy during reporting time; it should be in the format of hard copy or digital mode.

3. For the entry in 'Panna National Park',  All the visitors should carry their original photo identity proof (Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card).  The original passport is a mandatory document for foreigners. No entry will be granted without original photo identity proof. 

4. At the reporting time, all visitors' presence is mandatory. 

5. One 'e-Permit' allows entry of a maximum of 6 adults + 1 child* (Below 5 Years)' within the selected time slot (Morning / Evening) on a particular route only.

6. For 'Panna National Park', one person can get only one 'e-Permit' per slot per day.

7. Guide and Safari vehicle fees are not included in the single  permit shared safari. You need to pay on the counter as per term & conditions.

8. Timings for the safari time slots are subject to change by the Forest Department based on weather, season, or unavoidable circumstances.

9. Jungle Safari 'can be booked online as well as current booking if the permits are available or trusted travel agents.

10. The booking window for Panna safari opens online 120 days in advance of the visiting date.

11. For the details of 'Refund process' for cancellation of safari, kindly check the 'Refund policy. 

12. visitors are requested to report at the counter before 30 mins of your safari time.

13. If the late reporting at the boarding reporting point, safari will get cancelled without refund.

14. The waitlist will be cleared only as per the cancellation. 

15. Visitors need to pay DSLR Camera fees at the reporting counter.

16. An forest-guide will be assigned randomly.

17. The online safari booking form requires details like name, ID card number, and ID type for all traveler's.

18. No other person than the registered visitor is allowed in the safari vehicle. 

19. Bookings with incomplete or incorrect I.D. proof will be considered invalid. No refund will be given.

20. Safari route as per visitors choice as he chooses the route at the booking of safari time.

21. All disputes and legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Madhya Pradesh state only.

Payment Policy :-

1. For tour packages we need 50 % advance payment of the total package cost to be deposited as an advance in our company's account to confirm the package.

2. According to hotel policy especially in 4* and 5* We required 100% payment at the time of booking.

3. Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival (On the First day of the Tour).

4. For Train and Flight 100% advance payment required at the time of booking.

5. In case of non-payment either advance or remaining the company has full right to stop the services.

6. You can choose any of our Payment gateways via your Debit / Credit Card or NEFT.

Cancellation Rules And Refund Policy Against Safari Cancellations :-

Tour Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy :-

1. All the cancellations must be communicated in writing and are to be dated.

2. The tour cancellation will be officially recorded on the date we receive the written confirmation.

3. Token amount is non refundable in any cases.

4. The cancellation charges will be based upon the total value of the total tour package cost.

5. Cancellations with in 15 days of your travel date, cancellation charges will applicable. As per the given below.

6. No show scenarios.

7. No refunds will be provided for missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other Reserve India Tours services.

8. Reserve India Tours have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.

9. In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Reserve India Tours will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
