• All the amenities are free of cost hence unavailability/termination of the same due to any reason cannot be subject to refund.

• Guests are supposed to accept and follow the terms & conditions of the property. 

• Almost all the accommodation rooms/halls have a certain capacity for the guests, this limit is strictly followed to ensure the safety and comfort.

• The amount paid for the accommodation does not include charges like (room service, mini bar, spa, extra activities, extra snacks or telephone calls, parking, extra tea & coffee, water bottle , extra person in the room etc.). It depends on your package or meal plan which you booked at the reservation time. If used by guests it will be chargeable and need to be paid by the guest at the check-out time.

• Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to hotel / resort amenities, items, or property. The Hotel / Resort management reserves the right to sort out the exact charges for damage, and guests need to make the payment for damage before check out.

Rules and Policies

ID Proof Related Rules At The Time Of Check In: 

• At the time of check In its mandatory for all Guests to present original valid photo Id like Passport, Aadhar, Driving License, Voter Id etc issued by the Indian Government. Foreigners need to share a valid passport and visa. If guests are unable to present original valid ID proof then guests are not allowed to check-in.

• Kindly note that a PAN card is not acceptable as a valid ID proof.

• Office ID and Non-Govt IDs are not accepted as a vaild ID proof.
  
  

Guest Profile:

• Unmarried couples are allowed with original valid photo Id like Passport, Aadhar, Driving License, Voter Id etc issued by the Indian Government. Both persons' ages must be at least 18 years.

• Bachelors are allowed.

• Guests below 18 years of age are allowed. The primary guest who does the booking must be at least 18 years.

• Children are allowed.

• No age bar limit for senior citizens.

Occupancy Policy:

• Most hotels / Resorts allow double occupancy in a room. It will vary by room category. ??Extra Person in occupancy - Will be chargeable According to the tariff plan. 

 

Visitors Policy: 

• Outside people are not allowed in the guest room.

• Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in the guest room.

• In case of emergency visitors are allowed to meet guests if they are ready to meet. Then visitors need to show the original Valid Photo ID at the time of hotel check in.

Booking Extension Policy:

Any extension of stay at the Hotel / Resort is subject to availability of the rooms.

 

Booking Cancellation Policy:

 

 

• 20% cancellation will be charged on all bookings.

• The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.

• Long weekend bookings like New Year, Christmas, Holi, and Diwali are non-refundable.

• The applicable refund amount will be credited to the customer bank account via NEFT within 7 working days.

• Reserveit.net is not responsible for denied Check-In due to violation of terms and conditions  No refund will be issued in such cases. Please note that the booking can not be canceled or modified on the spot. So kindly book as per your convenience.

• Reserveit.net and property reserve the right to cancel the guest booking without any prior notice if guests involve any illegal activities in property premises like gambling, prostitution, contraband goods, drugs, etc. In this situation no refund will be issued.

• If guests are unable to reach the property on time due to strikes of public transports or breakdown of vehicles like rails, buses , taxi , cab etc. Flight cancellations due to technical problems or bad weather like rain , fog etc . In this situation no refund will be issued.

• Reserveit.net shall not be responsible to refund the booking amount due to natural disaster (earthquake, landslide, roadblocks due heavy snowfall, accident , fog and acts of terrorism etc.). All this is beyond the control of reserve india tours.
